RLCC Class Cancellation Policy
RLCC asks all participants to register for classes early!
We also ask that to secure your position/registration in the class that participants pay all registration/class fees in advance. In the event of Cancellation RLCC will offer the following:
– RLCC will offer a full refund of registration/class fees if cancellation is made at least 48 hrs. in advance of first class.
– If cancellation occurs less than 48 hrs. prior to the start of a class, participant will forfeit 50% of the total class fee, or, at the request of participant RLCC may credit the total amount to be used on an alternative class or store credit at a later date.
– If cancellation or no-show occurs once the class has commenced RLCC reserves the right to withhold all Fees paid by participant. However, RLCC understands that extenuating circumstances may occur and will make every effort to take these into consideration. In some cases, participant may be eligible to receive a partial or full credit towards another class.
