RED LODGE CLAY CENTER SHIPPING POLICY
Our online sales platform will create an informed estimate on shipping charges at checkout. For in-store or phone purchases, RLCC staff will estimate shipping charges.
RLCC will refund any overpayment of actual charges, less shipping and handling fees, when applicable. Unless otherwise noted on the item listing, RLCC will not ask for any additional payment for shipping if actual shipping charges are more than what is estimated at checkout.
For local pick-up on an online purchase, please complete the purchase and pay the shipping charges. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you plan to pick-up your purchase. Once pick-up is complete, RLCC will refund your shipping charges.
RED LODGE CLAY CENTER RETURN POLICY
RLCC accepts returns up to 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, RLCC does not offer refunds or exchanges.
RLCC will issue a full refund on purchased items (including shipping charges) that are found to be defective or damaged. Please email photos of the damaged work to email@example.com to report the damage and start the refund process.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit for the value of the item in question. Shipping fees are non-refundable on these items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, and in the same condition that you received it. When making a return, please re-use all original packaging (box, bubble wrap, peanuts).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned items are received in good condition, RLCC will process the refund. Your payment credit will be automatically applied to your credit card (or original method of payment). This usually takes anywhere from 3-10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange a purchase because you have changed your mind, please email RLCC at email@example.com and send your item in the original packaging to:

Once the piece is received by RLCC in good condition, we will refund the purchase price of the piece. In these instances, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees as well as the return shipping fees.
Gifts are eligible for exchange. The item should be marked as a gift when purchased. To exchange a gift, please email RLCC at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange process. Items should be returned in the original packaging to: Red Lodge Clay Center, 123 S. Broadway Ave. or PO Box 1527, Red Lodge Montana US 59068.
Once the piece is received by RLCC in good condition, RLCC will issue a gift card for the value of the item exchanged. The recipient of the gift will be responsible for the return shipping on the exchange.
Shipping of Returns

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers shipping returns will be responsible for the piece when in transit back to RLCC. Please use a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and purchase shipping insurance for the value of the returned items.
